Will third parties have access to my contact details?

No, we do not pass on any contact details to third parties. The only information third parties have access to are the survey results (either in the summarised format or as the original spreadsheet) names will have been removed for anonymity in line with Data Protection Legislation (www.ico.gov.uk).

How do I bookmark Assist?

Along the bottom of the screen is the bookmarking icon, click on this and follow the step by step process.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, we do not allow multiple accounts as it encourages ‘pretend users’ who could try and use the site in a disruptive manner. If you have a specific request for more than one account you can email Assist directly: info@assistuk.net.
